Mouse trap, DC motor, 9V battery, alarm clock, electric wires, string and pizza boxes

33x33 cm

While surfing the net, I came across a tutorial on how to build a homemade time bomb. The video exemplified a mouse trap as an activation trigger for the explosion. The unintentional pairing between a mousetrap and clock created what I interpreted as a manifestation of a "time trap". I began to rebuild the object following the instructions with the exception of the explosive. In the work, the clock runs continuously, while the trap remains static, waiting for the moment of activation.
